Sometimes the world hands me a mirror disguised as a comment, a situation, or a misunderstanding. Recently, the words “too much” surfaced again — that old echo that used to sting. But now I know: when things rise up, they’re coming for me, not against me.

That phrase doesn’t mean I’m too much — it means my light has reached a tender place that still wants healing. It means I’m alive, expanding, reclaiming the right to live big, live long.
My mantra — Live strong, live long, die strong — reminds me that the goal isn’t to shrink to fit anyone’s comfort. The goal is to stay open, vibrant, and present, even when old stories try to pull me small.
Because every time I choose to stay fully expressed, I’m not “over the top.”
I’m simply overflowing with life.
🦋 Reflection: Overflowing With Life
When the old story of being “too much” tries to surface,
I pause and remember:
Things rise up for healing, not for harm.
I am not “over the top.”
I am overflowing with life —
and that overflow is a gift.
Take a breath with this one. Let it settle.
